By downloading this software,
you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. This
Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between you and Unifonts
(except for Multi-Workstation Products, where another document
supplements this one).
If you do not agree to the terms stated in this Agreement, you may
obtain a full refund by contacting Unifonts at the address below
within 10 days with your proof of payment.

1. Grant of License
In return for the license fee paid, Unifonts grants to you only,
the Licensee, the non-exclusive, nontransferable right to use and
display the Unifonts Software purchased through this service.Unifonts
software collections consisting of computer programs and the digitally
encoded, machine readable, scalable outline font data as encoded
in a special format.
The Unifonts Unique Typeface Collection may be used on up to five
(5) CPUs at your site. These CPUs can be connected to, and the Software
used with, any number of output devices, such as a laser printer,
ink jet printer, an imagesetter or a film recorder, but the Software
may only be downloaded to the non-volatile memory, such as a hard
disk, of one output device.If you need to download the Software to
more than one output device or install it on more than five CPUs,
you are required to acquire additional licenses from Unifonts International.
You may take a digitized copy of the Font Software used in a particular
document to a commercial printer or service bureau for outputting
this particular document (this document must not be edited by the
printer or service bureau). In the event of any modifications to
the document or use of the Font Software for other purposes, the
printer or service bureau must purchase its own Font Software licenses.
Any copies of the Software transferred to a service bureau under
this condition must contain the proprietary notices of Unifonts contained
in the Software. You may also "embed" PC TrueType format
fonts within your documents for the viewing, editing, and printing
of those documents.
You may also "embed" Unifonts typefaces within PostScript-Language
files, .PDF files and .EVY files for distribution, viewing, and imaging
to other parties.
You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile,
disassemble, or create derivative works based on any Unifonts Software
without Unifonts's prior written consent.
2. Copyright
The Unifonts Product and the accompanying materials are copyrighted
and contain proprietary information and trade secrets of Unifonts
International. Unauthorized copying of the Unifonts product even
if modified, merged, or included with other software, or of the written
materials, is expressly forbidden. You may be held legally responsible
for any infringement of Unifonts's intellectual property rights that
is caused or encouraged by your failure to abide by the terms of
this Agreement, unless you have a Multi-Workstation License Agreement.
You may make one (1) copy of the Unifonts Product solely for backup
purposes provided the copyright and trademark notices are reproduced
in their entirety on the backup copy.
Rights Reservation. Unifonts reserves all rights not specifically
granted to Licensee.
3. Termination
This Agreement will immediately and automatically terminate without
notice if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement.
If this Agreement is terminated, you agreed to destroy all copies
of the Software and documentation in your possession.
5. Disclaimer
For a period of 90 days after delivery, Unifonts warrants that the
Software will perform in accordance with the specifications published
by Unifonts. Unifonts MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
THE WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY
ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED. UNIFONTS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE
IS FREE FROM ALL ERRORS AND OMISSIONS. This warranty gives you specific
legal rights. You may have other rights, which vary from state to
state.
You are not authorized to sublicense, sell, or lease the Software,
but you may permanently transfer your rights under this Agreement
to a third party; provided that (i) you transfer your copy of this
Agreement, the Software, and all original documentation to the third
party, (ii) you destroy all of your copies of the Software and accompanying
documentation, and (iii) the third party agrees in writing to be
bound by the terms of this Agreement.
UNIFONTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR
DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FROM LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS
INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, AND THE LIKE) ARISING
O OF THE USEOF OR INABILITY TO USE THE UNIFONTS PRODUCT EVEN IF
UNIFONTS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Because
some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability
for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may
not apply to you.

6. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by the law of Connecticut. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE
THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS
AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
